This DNAapp will update configurable DNA Account Level user fields with information from Dealertrack file delivered nightly to a configurable location.
Overview
Member facing employees currently have to log onto a separate system (Dealertrack) to access title tracking information reducing efficiency during member service. This DNAapp will update configurable DNA Account Level user fields with information from Dealertrack file delivered nightly to a configurable location.
When the institution receives the Dealertrack file with update containing updates to the title tracking process for our vehicle and titled loans the data will be loaded into account level user fields in DNA. The account level user fields are visible within DNA, helping contact center representatives and operations answer title tracking questions posed by a member more efficiently.
