Ensenta Group Capture

Merchant Capture is a service provided by Ensenta, where enabled Account Holders scan deposits using high speed duplex scanners and submit them electronically for processing.  Ensenta has the abilities to assign account holders to specific deposit groups which allows your Financial Institution the ability to create a group of Account Holders to apply a separate set of functionalities, policies, limits, and/or risks to. Multiple Deposit Policy Groups may exist at the same time, but each Account Holder may only be attached to a single Deposit Policy Group.

This app will create a user defined field to track the RDC limit increase request from members and generate the limit increase data file which can be sent to Ensenta for processing.

Benefits

• This DNAapp will automatically generate Ensenta deposit group files that Operation staff manually retrieve currently to create a file for processing which reduces efficiency during member service.
• This DNAapp can also generate a data summary audit report of changes based on a date range.
