This custom application evenly distributes the number of accounts among statement cycles. The cycles to distribute the accounts among are provided through a job parameter. This application does not modify the default statement cycle product setting. A new account's statement cycle will still be assigned the product's default cycle, though the assignment may be changed after this job is run.
