Overview
The Digital Document for DNA® Interface DNAapp seamlessly integrates DNA® with Digital Document for DNA® (formerly known as DNAdocument or DDS). It allows DNA® users to access their archived documents and statements directly from DNA® core. This application adds several hooks (Menu Items) in DNA® that can provide access to Statements, Notices, Tax Forms, and more. It provides direct access to documents, as well as Single Sign-On (SSO) for full document search and archival capabilities within the Digital Document solution.
This app requires professional installation by Fiserv Professional Services for an additional fee. Contact your Client Partner for more information and to schedule installation.

The Digital Document for DNA® Interface DNAapp adds several menu items in DNA®. Each of the menu items exposes a preconfigured screen from Digital Document for DNA®. Whenever a DNA® user accesses any of these menus, he or she accesses the selected documents in a seamless manner using single sign-on.
This app adds the following menus in DNA®:
- Search Documents – Menu Item under Quick Inquiries in Relationship Module.
- Search Statements – Menu Item under Quick Inquiries in Relationship Module.
- View Statements – Menu Item under Inquiries in Deposit Maintenance in Relationship Module.
- View Statements – Menu Item under Inquiries in Loan Maintenance in Relationship Module.
- View Documents – Menu Item in Transaction History.
