Case Review Summary
This application provides flexibility to automate the process, to capture DNA environment details for case documentation in a single file.
Currently, if a case reported by a FI/Bank requires a Technical analysis to be performed by the Fiserv team, then this team initially require some basic details around Installed Release of DNA, Oracle and Package/procedure etc. To capture these details currently client, need to manually execute multiple generic SQL’s in their respective DB’s. Later, sharing the output of these SQL’s with Fiserv Team.
