Hubspot Integration

This application with DNA UX provides Customer Relationship Management information within DNA's Intelligent User Experience. DNA UX Hubspot is required to show Contact/Company information from Hubspot. When an UX user searches for a person/organization, the Hubspot card will show pertinent information about the corresponding contact/company from Hubspot.

DNA UX Notable Events card displays the most important information for FI employees to see high priority Hubspot service cases.

A relationship between a DNA Person and a Hubspot Contact is required, providing a means to lookup a person in DNA and display relevant information from Hubspot about the person/contact. A relationship between a DNA Organization and a Hubspot Company is required, providing a means to lookup an organization in DNA and display relevant information from Hubspot about the organization/company.

This application is a DNA UX-based application designed to deliver an intuitive user experience. It requires installation and management through the latest version of the DNAapp Management Console (formerly known as the DNA Configuration Toolkit).
