This custom batch application reports the total number of transactions and total dollar amounts broken down by advance post days for all runs of the PS_FWPDAT batch application for a given postdate.
Benefits
The purpose of this balancing report will assist with the daily reconciliation of early post. The PS_FWPDAT report is typically run several times during the day, thus causing several reports to balance from. Having one report at the end of the day that contains all totals from the PS_FWPDAT run that day will reduce the time to balance substantially for the end user.
