Wire Request Workflow

This DNAapp adds a new Wire Request workflow to DNA® that provides a more efficient method of gathering information required for processing wire transfers. The workflow includes the ability to add in-person or remote signatures to the wire transfer form.

DNA® clients that process a high volume of wire transfers can rely on WireXchange from Fiserv for a complete end-to-end wire transfer solution. For institutions processing fewer wires or that do not require as comprehensive a solution, the Wire Request Workflow DNAapp is the solution.

• Simplify the preparation, signing, and tracking of wire transfer requests
• Increase productivity and reduce the amount of time spent processing wire transfer requests
• Support domestic, international, and loan closing wire transfer requests
• Support in-person signatures using a tablet or remote signatures via DocuSign
• Support automatic archiving via OnBase/Nautilus, Digital Document for DNA®, or other third-party archiving vendors
• Send the wire request information along with the PDF form to a predefined person or group (wire transfer department) when Activity Manager for DNA® is in use
