Wallet Share

Wallet Share provides a graphical representation of the relationship between Financial Institution and their customer / member. Current account balance distribution can clearly be seen via pie charts, and historical average balance distribution (between loan and deposit accounts) is shown in a bar chart.

Benefits

This application improves Financial Institution's cross-selling opportunities by showing the general customer / member contact information and Dynamic Messages related to that customer / member. In the case of organizations, the names of certain key individuals (for instance, officers, signers, etc.) are shown. Through this, Financial Institutions can also see the information about other account relationship summary information relating to Retirement Plans, MasterLines and Externally Serviced Accounts that are represented in DNA®. This application also enables a Financial Institution to frame their query in the best way to meet their expectation.
