Upcoming Inactive Account Letters

The Upcoming Dormant Account Notification DNAapp provides a daily report of accounts that will become inactive within a certain timeframe. The app also generates notification letter that can be mailed to customers with information on how to avoid the account from becoming dormant. If so configured, the application can also generate letters for joint owners if they have different primary mailing addresses than the primary account owner.
