SBA Metro II File
The application enables financial institution to change the information in file created by LN_METROIIFILE to satisfy the SBA loan credit reporting.
This application post processes the credit file (Credit.001) created by application LN_METROIIFILE. It looks for SBA loans and changes the information in the file to satisfy SBA loan credit reporting to credit bureaus without affecting consumer credit reports. The application can also remove SBA identified records that have a foreign address. It also modifies to include the Business Name in the base segment for Equifax reporting.
Benefits
The application enables financial institution to change the information in file created by LN_METROIIFILE to satisfy the SBA loan credit reporting. If the information is not modified the credit bureaus would process the SBA loans as consumer loans creating a record in the associated persons' personal credit report and no records in the business credit report.
