For transactions that have caused insufficient funds (NSF) or uncollected funds (UCF), this program will reset the amount of the fee using a tiered formula compared to the amount of the transaction. The number of tiers and the fees associated to those tiers is completely driven by the institution. The products define which calculation schedule it will use.
