Print Debit Card Agreement

This DNAapp allows user to create Card Agreement file with Person’s or Organization’s information and open it in default PDF file Reader. The purpose of the application is to eliminate manual process of filling a paper form with member’s data. When Print Debit Card screen opens, it is prefilled with selected member’s data. After the PDF file is generated based on screen’s data, it is printed and handed to a member to sign.
 

The financial institution has an option for providing logo that will be placed in the top right corner of the PDF file.
