This application provides anticipated / calculated principal reductions on loans within a specified timeframe.

Benefits

This application will assist those Financial Institutions required to file 10K reports by producing a report showing anticipated / calculated principal reductions on loans within a specified timeframe. The report includes all loans with true amortization, Interest only with fixed principal, Interest only with calculated principal reductions, term loans and interest only principal due at maturity. A variety of totals are provided to assist with the preparation of the Currency Transaction report.
