Positive Pay Exception Reconciliation
The Positive Pay process matches clearing checks against a listing of issued checks. To support this process, the Positive Pay Exception Reconciliation (PositivePayExtract.dnax) DNAapp generates the following extract files:
- Positive Pay Rtxn Exception Extract (PPAY_RTXNEXCP_EXTR) – This extract file lists all transactions with exceptions generated by the AH_CLEAR process.
- Positive Pay Rtxn Exception Actions (PPAY_ RTXNEXCP_ACTIONS) – This extract file attempts to match the action items to the exceptions listed in the PPAY_RTXNEXCP_EXTR input file to transaction items in DNA and lists the action items to be processed.
