Notice Marker Update

The Notice Marker Update DNAapp allows you to customize DNA^® notices with account-specific information via a post-process notice file insert using custom marker data. This batch application supports the following custom notice markers that can be added to the corresponding notice text files.

Each of the many standard DNA originating notice applications comes with its own set of standard markers. While these standard markers satisfy the needs of many DNA users, some users want the ability to add additional information to notices that is not available in the original notice application.

Enter the Notice Custom Markers DNAapp.

This DNAapp increases the number of notice markers available to users, enabling greater flexibility in how you customize and personalize notices for your customers/members.

Your deposit, loan, marketing and other staff can use this app to add any of the included custom notice markers to nearly any account-centric DNA notice form text file. After the notices are generated, this app replaces the custom notice markers with account-specific data for each individual notice, similar to how an automated "mail merge" or "form fill" process works.

By expanding your ability to personalize notices, this DNAapp helps make your notices more engaging, increasing response rates and strengthening customer/member relationships.
