Mortgage Import Data

This DNAapp imports either of two types of Cenlar files containing external mortgage data, which it uses to create / update “Externally Serviced” accounts in the DNA® database. The mortgage account data is stored in the DNA® ACCT tables, with the “Externally Serviced” (EXT) Major Account Type, to provide support for the following activities related to these external accounts:

• Link external accounts to existing Financial Institution customers
• Ensure external mortgage accounts are included in Relationship Profile screen in DNA®
• Allow processing of mortgage payments via the Bill Payment screen in DNA®

 
A detail report, including exception reporting and totals, is also produced.

By using this DNAapp, the financial institutions will be able to create external mortgage accounts in the DNA® database and link them to existing customers, facilitating the financial institution’s ability to provide additional customer/member services like managing their external mortgage accounts, processing mortgage payments, and more. By adding subserviced mortgage accounts to DNA®, this DNAapp also provides users with greater visibility into their customer/member relationships for more robust analytics and decision making.
