​​The Monetary Instrument Tracking application produces a report and comma-separated extract file of monetary instrument purchase transactions. The report provides a snapshot of each transaction conducted by an individual for a specific date or date range. Transaction totals are provided for each transacting person as well as by branch, employee, instrument type, funding account and account's tax owner. In addition to the monetary instrument purchase transactions reporting, this application provides the ability to mark transactions as monetary instrument reportable or non-reportable.

 

The Non-Cash Purchase Reporting application identifies all monetary instruments purchase transactions that were funded by a withdrawal from a deposit account, where the account had one or more cash deposits in the same business day.

 

Benefits

This application provides increased efficiency in monetary instrument purchase tracking by aggregating activity across branch locations, tracking monetary instruments purchase that were funded by a deposit account and providing the ability to mark transactions for reporting which might not otherwise be detected. The application produces both reports and a comma-separated file, which may be useful for vendor preparation of various reports and/or notices.
