Minor Account Type Changes

The Minor Account Type Changes DNAapp can be used to change the Minor Account Type for a group of deposit or loan accounts using run time parameters or information stored in a comma separated values (CSV) file.  Configuration options are used to specify which Minor Account Types are to be changed, and what they are to be changed to. The application can provide a notice to the customer of the minor change and also tracks each account's date of last contact when the minor change is created.

Benefits

This app is designed for Financial Institutions who are eliminating or merging product types, or creating new products. It allows the user to locate the accounts which must be moved from one Product Type (Minor Account Type) to another, and will automatically either change the Product Type immediately (there are some limitations to this option), or will schedule the accounts to change over to their new product type at a predetermined time. You may also find this application useful after a merger or acquisition, if there are residual product type consolidations / eliminations that are necessary. This DNAapp improves efficiency by eliminating the need to manually change products for a group of accounts.
