MHFA Remittance File

This DNAapp is designed for Massachussetts institutions to product an extract file that can be sent to the Massachussetts Housing Finance Authority, along with a report that summarizes the information on the extract file.
The main purpose of this non-database-updating, monthly DNAapp is to produce a remittance extract file that can be transmitted to Massachussetts Housing Finance Authority (MHFA) for remittance reporting on cutoff day.
A report is also generated that provides a summary of the information on the extract file. This application assists institutions in reviewing the information being sent to MHFA. While other investor reports provide information about loans sold to MHFA, this is the only program capable of producing a file to be sent directly to MHFA. This DNAapp is something just for institutions in Massachussetts.
