Member Card Wizard

This DNAapp creates a new Wizard in DNA® that guides users through the process of creating/issuing regular and starter card agreements for a single person or organization in a step-by-step fashion. This DNAapp will only work for Canadian clients.

• Using a friendly wizard to guide users through the card agreement creation process
• Reducing errors by staff when creating card
• Reducing the amount of time it takes to issue the card to the member/customer
• Reducing training time and increasing satisfaction by eliminating the need for staff to learn/remember which screen or process they need to access next in the process
