Loan Investor Rate Update

This application evaluates the Change Rate with Loan setting default for the investor groups and updates this interest parameter on all fixed rate loans within the group that do not currently have Investor account level interest history parameters. This enables the core application IL_SRTCH to pick up any rate change on the loan account during its nightly scheduled batch update and adjust the rate on investor loans accordingly.
