This batch application calculates/refunds foreign ATM surcharge fees that are charged by the other financial institution (owner of the ATM).
The application can be run daily, it will not rebate the same transactions more than one time and the limits set at the product level will be honored based on the time period being used.
This is an updating application and cannot run back in time.
Benefits
If financial institution wishes to provide rebates on foreign ATM service charges, this application provides a flexible / configurable method of determining rebate eligibility and posting the service charge rebate once calculated.
