FICS ACH Payments
This DNAapp eliminates the need for manual intervention and ensures that all FICS payments coming in through ACH are processed on time.
Overview
FICS ACH Payments DNAapp will survey what has come in an ACH file over a specified number of days. The application will look for all accounts in the specified External (EXT) product minor codes that are in the Error (ERR) Status for the XPMT Transaction type code with a related error number is equal to 65 – Incorrect Transaction Code. The FICS ACH Payments DNAapp will then retrieve the funds from the General Ledger and make the intended payment.

This application will ensure that all FICS payments coming in thru ACH will be processed on time. The application will eliminate the need for manual intervention insuring nothing is missed that could result in delinquency or incorrectly charged late fees.
