Dormant Account Letters
This application creates letters for all accounts that are currently dormant or inactive, where their status changed to dormant or inactive between two user-defined dates.
Benefits
This application provides a means for Financial Institutions to notify owners of accounts that have become inactive or dormant over a time period. This application will generate a notice to inform the account owner so they can re-activate their account and generate more business for the institution. This may also help Financial Institutions reduce the number of accounts that may become subject to escheatment.
