The Deposit Zero Balance Close application, closes deposit accounts with a zero balance. For credit union institutions, the application will also close share accounts with a ledger current balance less than or less than or equal to the product minimum balance requirement and transfer the funds to a specific general ledger direct post account when the member relationship no longer requires the share account.
