The Contact Management DNAapp provides a new screen to store all contact and conversations with existing customers or members.
The Contact Management DNAapp provides a new screen to store all contact and conversations with existing customers or members. This DNAapp will help your financial institution become more efficient in relationships, service, and self-appraisal. In addition to the main Contact screen where contact events can be viewed, created, edited, or deleted, this application also provides a Contact Notes and Contact Status Change History screen in order to better track and follow up on contact events.
