Contact Info Change Notice

This batch application produces a report and/or notice when a person or organization with an account role has had a change in contact and personal information during the entered date range.

Contact Info Change Notice sets warning flags at the account level for all accounts that have an address change, phone change, email change, tax owners TIN, Date of Birth and Name. The application also provides the ability to set person and/or organizational level warning flags, using the "Person Warning Flag Code" and "Org Warning Flag Code" parameters listed below. The "Change Type for Warning Flag" parameter controls what changes result in the warning flag to be added.

Notice will be suppressed when the change in contact and personal information was performed by an authorized employee.

Benefits

This application provides a financial institution with a tool for reporting changes to contact information for a person with a role on an account. It also provides an ability to prevent a notice from generating when the credit union is completing contact change information due to an institution error or updating contact information from an indirect loan application. This suppression of an internally generated change notice will prevent the situation of alarming the institution member of the change. This batch process is parameter driven to focus the results on specific types of information and date ranges.
