Agreement Delink
Overview
This DNAapp delinks accounts with designated statuses from Card Agreements or Electronic Agreements and optionally closes the Card Agreement or Inactivates the Electronic Agreement if there are no accounts linked.
Benefits
This application removes closed accounts from Web Banking (and other channel) agreements in DNA®. Keeping agreements "clean" reduces possible confusion and may help to prevent fraud. Multiple configuration options allow the Financial Institution to tailor the process to suit their business needs and rules.
