Advanced Notes Maintenance

The Advanced Notes Maintenance DNAapp provides the ability to add a Note on a group of Person, Organization or Accounts using a single screen. 

This application provides a new 'Advanced Notes Import' screen in DNA where a user can upload a list of either Member Numbers, Person Numbers, Organization Numbers or Account Numbers. The user can then add specified Note text on the same screen that will be applied to all the entities within the file. Specific Note Types and Inactive Dates can also be applied during the upload.

This application also provides a new 'Advanced Notes Maintenance' screen in DNA to add the notes to the Member/Customer profile and apply the same note to Accounts owned by them. These Accounts can be selected on the new screen based on user's preference.

Benefits

DNA does not have the capacity to add a note on multiple entities at the same time. Users need to go to each profile/account to add the note. This is a time-consuming effort.

Both new screens, the 'Advanced Notes Import' screen and the 'Advanced Notes Maintenance' screen, helps Financial Institutions to:

• Add notes on multiple Persons / Organizations / Accounts and Members (for Credit Unions) using the file import.
• Save users processing time as notes on the Member/Customer profile can be added to accounts owned by them on a single screen.
