Transacting Person Check History

Transacting Person Check History DNAapp will help Institution to monitor check history by transacting person. The application will be easily accessible as a slide out at the Usability Transaction Express screen. It will help to quickly identify any patterns (returned checks, kiting, branch hopping, etc.) that would require an extended hold to safe guard the institution from any loss and hence reduce check frauds. It is a quick tool encompassing various history screens offered by Fiserv within one view.  This would eliminate the user from additional steps decreasing the transaction processing time, as this screen brings together the research data in one simplistic view.

Benefits

• Provides a quick view of check transactions per Transacting person for all Transaction Express and Quick transfer screen users.
• Provides a quick view-to-view check images if institution is using the TMagic product for scanning the check images.
• Provides a check history pattern to help the user determine additional safe guards for checking processing.  This would include:

• Placing the check on hold (returned check history).
• Declining check deposit services (returned check history).
• Declining check cashing services (returned check history).
• Reporting suspicious activity (SAR).
