The Title Maintenance Tool application allows users to place multiple restrictions and document requests on collateralized loans simultaneously, without navigating through different screens in DNA. The application functions in the converse and allows users to inactivate those restrictions and document requests from a single screen.
Benefits
The application creates a new user interface in DNA. Authorized employees can use this DNAapp to more efficiently make account level updates to restrictions and document requests. The Title Maintenance application decreases employee manual efforts by reducing screen navigation, which in turn also decreases the risk of user error when performing account level loan maintenance.
