Bad Address Import
This DNAapp allows you to charge a primary savings account with an address locator fee, set up a warning flag, and hold all mail for accountholders with bad addresses.
Overview
The goal of this application is to charge the primary savings account with an address locator fee, setup a warning flag and hold all mail for members/customers with bad addresses as identified by an import file and user review.
Benefits
This DNAapp allows you to compare an imported list of members/customers with bad addresses to the addresses stored in DNA® and automatically charge a fee, add a bad address warning flag, and hold all mail for the members/customers of your choosing in one screen.
Instead of manually flagging each customer using several screens, this single screen approach saves time and money. Furthermore, this app can help you generate revenue by making sure you don’t miss an opportunity to charge members/customers with bad addresses a “bad address” / “address locator” fee.
Please note, this DNAapp does not correct the bad address, but instead uses the import file to help you identify members/customers in DNA® with bad addresses, automatically charge those members/customers a fee, and then set the bad address and mail hold flags.
As long as the import file conforms to the formatting requirements described herein, it can originate from anywhere, including, for example, an address correction service or a third-party statement provider that provides a list of members/customers with bad addresses as part of their service.
