Inactivity Fee and Notice

This application provides financial institutions with the ability to assess service charges and produce notices for persons and organizations having no account activity for a specified time period.  The application generates a report detailing the persons, organizations, and accounts selected and action(s) taken, as well as any errors.  An extract of select data can also be created if desired.  

Benefits

This application can be used to help an institution alert their customers of inactive accounts, providing a way to communicate with the customer to keep the relationship active.  Fee income can also be obtained as this will assess fees in situations where accounts have been inactive for a specified period of time. Multiple configuration options allow the Financial Institution to tailor the process to suit their business needs and rules.
