TE Account Status Alert
Overview
The TE Account Status Alert DNAapp pop-up an alert message on the Transaction Express screen if the owner of the selected account has a delinquent loan account(s) or an overdraft (OD) on a chequing account(s). This app works with the Canadian version of Transaction Express. US institutions should request a trial to ensure it functions prior to purchase.
Benefits
The TE Account Status Alert DNAapp alerts the staff member on the Transaction Express screen if the owner of the account they are looking at has a delinquent or overdraft on any of their account. The delinquency or overdraft must be also be a ‘receivable’ in order for the alert to be triggered.
