TE Account Status Alert

The TE Account Status Alert DNAapp pop-up an alert message on the Transaction Express screen if the owner of the selected account has a delinquent loan account(s) or an overdraft (OD) on a chequing account(s). This app works with the Canadian version of Transaction Express. US institutions should request a trial to ensure it functions prior to purchase. ​

Benefits

The TE Account Status Alert DNAapp alerts the staff member on the Transaction Express screen if the owner of the account they are looking at has a delinquent or overdraft on any of their account. The delinquency or overdraft must be also be a ‘receivable’ in order for the alert to be triggered.
