Experian Commercial Loan File

The Custom Commercial Experian File (CMLEXP.SQT) batch application is a non-updating application that allows a financial institution to produce an extract file that contains pertinent commercial loan data that can then be sent to the Experian credit reporting agency.
 
The following segments are included in this version of the Custom Commercial Experian File layout:

• Header Record
• Data Record
• Owner/Principal/Guarantor Segment
• Company Guarantor Segment
• Individual Owner/Principal Segment
• Company Owner/Principal Segment
• 7-Day Past Due Amounts Segment

The Experian File Extract also includes the following segments which are not included in this version of the Custom Commercial Experian File:

• Previous Identification Segment
• Government Segment
• Collection Segment
• Maintenance Segment

The Custom Commercial Experian File application provides the Financial Institution with the capability to extract their commercial loan data and report to the Experian credit reporting agency on a monthly basis. This allows reporting for the business side of the loan portfolio as opposed to only the retail (individual) reporting for customers/members.
 
For increased flexibility, this application provides options to select specific portfolio data to be included or excluded from the extract file. Options for extract inclusion/exclusion include:

• Minors to Exclude
• Majors to Include 
• Account Status to Include
• Include Guarantors YN
• User Defined Codes to Control Accounts to be Included
• Include Owners YN
