Offered through a partnership with Baker HIll, Commercial Lending Director from Fiserv is a digital lending solution for banks and credit unions, enabling them to originate, underwrite, document and board all loan types, except consumer mortgages.
Core integration facilitates extracts and loan boarding, and two-way imaging integration allows users to push and pull documents from Fiserv enterprise content management solutions (Director® and Nautilus®). The solution includes modules for CRM, Exception Tracking, Statement Spreading (including credit memo generation) and Pricing and Profitability.
Configurable and intuitive, Commercial Lending Director enables financial institutions to move from paper to digital, increasing the capacity of their lending teams. The solution is offered as an enterprise license, allowing unlimited users. It includes an online application and portal that create a user-friendly digital experience for customers.
