ATM Rebate

This application is an updating application to be run periodically, that will rebate ATM service charges up to a specified number of charges per Person or Organization (Tax Owner), with the service charges being rebated to the accounts that were initially charged. The financial institution will have the ability to limit the number of transactions rebated, the maximum rebate amount per transaction and the maximum total aggregate rebate amount per run.
