Overview
This application gives the ability to view member verification data such as name, address, phone numbers, email address, DOB, SSN, open date, home branch of member and the ability to indicate the verification used.
Following information is visible from the application:
- E-services (IVR, online banking, bill pay, etc.), plastic cards, etc…
- Credit Score
- Service charge summary – Overdraft Fees, NSFs, Courtesy Pay, Returned items, broken down by YTD and LTD and fees that were reversed
- Pending ACH Transaction
All verification activities can be viewed and printed by using the new report PS_RP_VERIFICATION.
Benefits
New screen Relationship Profile "At A Glance" enables Financial Institution to save how the person or organizations identity was verified during interaction. This screen also displays frequently used person or organization details.
